FAQ

How can I buy lift tickets online?

The online purchase procedure is very simple. It is necessary to register on the website and choose the type of ticket to be purchased:

  • If you already own a keycard, you can recharge it by entering the 16 numbers on the back side of the card, and then proceed with payment by credit card, Satispay or PayPal.
The system will send you a receipt at your e-mail adress. Once the recharge is complete, you won’t have to get to the ticket office: take the keycard with you and use it to access the lifts directly.
  • If you do not have a keycard, you need to proceed directly with payment by credit card or PayPal.
The system will send you an e-mail receipt. Print or store it on your mobile, you will need it to collect the tickets, which will be magnetic disposable. You can collect them at the automatic ticket counter adjacent to the ticket office in Alagna Valsesia, without queuing or at the ticket office in Scopello, if you chose Alpe di Mera.
For round trip tickets Alagna-Pianalunga, Alagna-Passo dei Salati or Scopello-Mera, a QR Code will be sent which will be scanned directly at the turnstile, therefore it will not be necessary to go to the ticket office to collect the ticket.

If you want to make other purchases in the future, you can avoid re-registering your personal data: the system will memorize them and allow a faster and easier procedure!

Can I buy multiple tickets in one transaction?

You can easily buy different types of tickets with various discounts (according to the age of the possessor), for other family members or friends, even in a single transaction. We will take care to retain the customer information and the different tickets will be linked in a single user account. The ticket purchased and those associated with friends or family can be easily managed. When you want to buy a new ticket, you will not need to re-register numbers or names inserted for an old purchase.

Remember that you can only load one ski pass on a card (daily, half-day, multi-day, hourly or return). When you have finished your ski day, you can load another one for the next day or for the day you want. Do not load two tickets on the same card, otherwise the system will not recognize them.

Can I buy tickets for users of different ages?

Yes, you can choose between different age groups:

• adult
• junior (born after 10/31/2005)
• baby (born after 10/31/20011)
• Silver (born before 01/11/1940)

Will I receive an email confirming the purchase?

The system will send a confirmation e-mail as a receipt to the address used for registration. All the informations relating to the purchase will be reported in the text (ticket header, ticket type, fare).
This receipt will also allow people not in possession of the magnetic keycard, to collect the tickets at the automatic ticket counter adjacent to the ticket office in Alagna Valsesia. Simply place the QR code on your receipt below the electronic cash register reader and then collect the purchase.

What types of tickets can I buy online?

You can buy round-trip tickets to Pianalunga, Passo dei Salati, Indren or to the 3 valleys (Alagna-Gressoney-Champoluc), daily bike tickets and weekly passes Monterosa. To find all the tickets you can buy online, please consult the price list.

Is there any single way ticket?

No, all tickets include the return journey. If you walk up and you need to get down by lifts, we have a single-way-down ticket, which can be purchased directly at our ticket offices or at the departure of the lifts.

Can return tickets be used on different days?

For Pianalunga, Passo dei Salati and the 3 valleys (Alagna-Gressoney-Champoluc) you can use the two ways on different days (ex. Monday and return on the following Wednesday).
For Indren there are two types of ticket:

  • Round trip allows you to get on and off during the same day
  • Round trip "open" allows you to get on and off on different days (ideal for alpinism, to climb the peaks of Monterosa and stay overnight at the huts on the glaciers).
