Six tasty stages to explore Alpe di Mera cooked for you by our restaurants on the slopes
1° stage - APERITIF with snacks, mini pizzas, finger sandwiches, and hot fried bites - at Rifugio Camparient (11.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.)
2° stage - APPETISER - Artisan cured meat, blue cheese lard with honey, bread crostini with fresh cheese, and Valsesiana Mocetta - at La Capanna (11.45 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.)
3° stage - FIRST COURSE - Pumpkin velouté with Valsesiana Toma cheese, croutons, and crispy speck - at Ristorante Bar il Campo (12.15 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.)
4° stage - MAIN DISH -Polenta with stewed sausage - at Agriturismo La Casera Bianca (1.15 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.)
5° stage - DESSERT - White chocolate cup with raspberry and almonds, chestnut roll - at Ristorante Bar Il Campo (2.00 to 3.00 p.m.)
6° stage - COFFEE & LIQUEURS- at Bar Al Boschetto (2.00 to 4.00 p.m.)
Kids under 16 years (junior): 2 courses by choice + water + dessert
Kids under 8 years (baby): 1 course by choice + water + dessert
Practical Information
Tickets are available until February 26th 2026 at 5.00 p.m.
Show the purchase receipt (from 9.45 am to 10.45 am) at the MERAgustando desk at the Pro Loco Alpe di Mera headquarters (location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/meK6nhjhqKViJFzz5), you will get the tokens to hand in at the restaurants for the tastings.
