1st stage - APERITIVO (from 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.) - at Bar Piero, Arneis and Nebbiolo wine Travaglini Cinzia, mountain herb omelette, salami butcher Beltrami, pizza and black bread Paniere di Scopello, toma cheese from Piode and Miaccette
2nd stage - FIRST DISH (from 12.15 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.) - at the La Capanna  - Ravioli stuffed with Paletta di Coggiola flavoured with malga butter and saleggia
3rd stage - SECOND DISH (from 1.15 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.) - at the bar restaurant Il Campo - Polenta and sausage with tomato sauce
4th stage - CHEESE (from 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.) - at the Agriturismo La Casera Bianca - Tasting of homemade cheeses accompanied by homemade jams
5th stage - SWEET AND COFFEE (from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.) - at the Bar Al Boschetto - Mixed cake and tiramisu
